Shipping & Returns
Processing time
All Cardjoy products are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.
Shipping within New Zealand
We ship via NZ Post tracked courier. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Free local pickup is available in Christchurch — select this option at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time.
International shipping
We currently ship to Australia and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by country — typically 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the NZ Post website.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your Cardjoy purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Because our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will replace it or provide a full refund — just send us a photo and we will sort it out promptly.
Custom & personalised orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
